About the product
Forms for Google is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Forms and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Features depend on Google API availability and your account permissions.
Your content and account
You retain ownership of your content. Use only accounts and forms you have permission to access. You are responsible for collecting responses lawfully and respecting other people’s privacy. Do not use the product for abuse, unlawful activity, or unauthorized access.
Google services
Signing in connects the App to Google on your behalf. Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply to Forms, Drive, Sheets, and Google Account features. Revoke access anytime in your Google Account permissions.
Subscriptions and trials
When subscriptions are offered, the purchase screen will show the localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible trial. Subscriptions renew according to the store’s terms unless canceled. Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store used to purchase. Restore purchases will be available in the App.
Availability and data
Access may depend on Google, your network, and your permissions. Keep copies of important work. Removing this App or ending a subscription does not by itself delete your Google Forms. See the Privacy Policy for how Google user data is handled.
