Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Forms for Google (the “App”), operated by the developer reachable at [email protected], accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the iOS or Android App and this website at formsforgoogle.panasun.work.

1. What Forms for Google is

Forms for Google is an independent mobile companion for Google Forms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. The App helps you sign in with your Google Account, create and edit forms you authorize, publish responder settings, review responses, and open a linked Google Sheet for responses.

2. Google user data we access

When you choose to sign in, the App requests Google OAuth permissions and may access the following Google user data from your Google Account:

  • Basic account identity needed for sign-in (such as your Google account identifier and display name provided by Google Sign-In).
  • Google Forms content for forms the App creates or that you authorize for this App, including titles, questions, settings (such as quiz mode and email collection), and publish settings.
  • Google Forms responses for those authorized forms, so you can view answers in the App.
  • Google Drive file metadata and permissions limited to files this App is authorized to access (Drive per-file scope), including listing those forms, organizing them in a Forms folder, and setting link-sharing permissions when you choose guest responder access.
  • Google Sheets when you create or open an app-managed response spreadsheet, or when Google already linked a sheet to the form.

The App does not request access to your entire Drive. It does not scrape Google’s web editor, and it cannot submit form responses through the Forms REST API.

3. How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of the App:

  • Authenticate you and keep your local drafts separated by Google Account.
  • List, create, edit, save, and publish your authorized Google Forms.
  • Show responses and help you open or sync a response spreadsheet.
  • Apply settings you choose in the App (for example quiz grading keys or require sign-in).

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, selling data, building unrelated databases, or developing, improving, or training generalized / non-personalized AI or ML models. Use of Google Workspace APIs complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage, retention, and deletion

  • In Google: Forms, responses, Drive files, and Sheets remain in your Google Account under Google’s terms. Deleting or changing them in Google is controlled by you (and Google).
  • On your device: The App may store account-scoped form drafts and related cache in application-support storage so you can recover work. Device backups may include this storage. Preview answers stay in memory only and are not uploaded as submissions.
  • Sign-out: Signing out asks you to confirm removal of downloaded and pending local drafts for that account, then clears that account’s local cache. Sign-out does not delete your Google Forms or Sheets.
  • Tokens: OAuth tokens are managed by the platform Google Sign-In SDK in protected storage; we do not operate a backend that stores your Google refresh tokens or form answer bodies.
  • Revocation: You may revoke the App’s Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Local drafts are retained on the device until you remove them (including via sign-out confirmation) or uninstall the App. We do not keep a separate operator copy of form answers after you leave the App.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers. Form content and responses are processed through Google’s APIs in your Google Account. Third parties involved in delivering the product are limited to:

  • Google, which hosts Forms, Drive, Sheets, and authentication when you use those services.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play (and, when subscriptions are enabled, the subscription SDK such as Qonversion) for purchase receipts and entitlement checks. Payment card details are handled by the store, not by this App.
  • This website’s host (Cloudflare), which may process standard network requests and technical logs for formsforgoogle.panasun.work. The website does not include analytics scripts, sign-in, or a data-collection form.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service against abuse or security incidents.

6. Security

The App is designed to use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for Google API traffic, platform-protected storage for tokens, and minimal OAuth scopes. Form answers are not intended to be included in diagnostic logs, analytics, or error reports. No security measure is perfect; protect your Google Account with strong authentication.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the App if you are under that age.

8. This website

The marketing and legal pages at formsforgoogle.panasun.work describe the product and host this policy. They do not collect account passwords or form responses.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes to how we use Google user data will be reflected here before those practices take effect in the App.
